Prepare for the birth of your child with Little Happy Humans Hypnobirthing Course.

Please note: 1 space = you and your birth partner(s).

Most people tend to join between 20-30 weeks of pregnancy but join whenever you like.

This 10-hour course will provide you and your birth partner with the knowledge and tools you need to feel informed and confident about labour and delivery.

Learn how to implement hypnobirthing techniques such as breathing, visualization, and affirmations to create a positive birthing environment.

Hypnobirthing changed everything for me with my second birth experience. I want to help parents prepare for a calm and confident birth.

This course is for all births, not just homebirths and I hope to empower you to have the confidence to birth like a badass.
