Come along and meet like-minded parents to be and get a taster of how hypnobirthing can help you through pregnancy and with your birth!

What will the evening include?

You'll meet other local pregnant women and their partners
We will be going through some practical skills that you gain from Hypnobirthing (which is a full antenatal preparation course - no need to do any additional courses).
There's a chance to hear some positive birth stories to get you in the zone for your own birth
You'll get access to my tried and tested birth bag list
