Gong Bath Sound Journey with SoundHenge Ireland

Sound bath with SoundHenge Ireland on Mondays fortnightly

Lisa & Brian invite you to join them for a deep immersion into Sacred Sound & Vibration every other Monday evening at 8pm.

Using giant gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, drums, rattles and a variety of world instruments they produce evocative soundscapes which encourage deep relaxation and meditation whilst restoring positive energy balance for the body, mind & soul.

**The gong baths are held fortnightly at 8-9.15pm and the cost is £25:

• 24th February | 10th & 24th March | 7th April 2025

Please bring your own mat to lie on and blanket/cushions if you can, though feel free to bring anything else you need to lie comfortably on the floor for an hour.
 

Lisa & Brian also ask everyone to arrive a few minutes early as they can start on time and there will be no admittance once we have started.

Spaces are limited, so pre-booking is essential.
