Yin yoga with Lucie

Join Lucie for a longer Yin class where we will take the time to ground ourselves through the breath, guided meditation and body awareness before moving (slowly!) through a few Yin poses. They will be held for a few minutes but there is never any obligation to stay for the whole time.

Yin is a very personal practice which teaches us to tune in with our sensations, inner dialogues and feelings more than ever. It’s a constant dialogue between your conscious mind and all the signals coming to you in the poses. Lucie will give a wide range of options and variations of each pose to make them accessible for everyone in the room. The practice will finish with a long restorative savasana and there will be time for questions and to share experiences at the end

This workshop is open to all and accessible to all levels of experience and practice as many modifications will be given during the practice.
